About Slinky
Meet Slinky, a little dachshund with a big personality who proves that heart knows no bounds! Despite being deaf and blind, Slinky’s zest for life rivals that of any dog. Oblivious to his differences, he embodies all the quintessential dachshund traits—nutty, lively, and extremely endearing. He is a real character who adds an irresistible charm to every home he enters.
If you’re familiar with the playful antics and vibrant aura of dachshunds, Slinky will feel like a perfect fit for your family. His boisterous spirit is infectious, and he loves a good snuggle after a day filled with exploring his world. His new home must have the companionship of another dog of a similar age and size and a home where someone is around more often than not.
Adopters with previous dachshund experience are preferred and will find this sweet little bundle of joy a delightful addition to their home. Slinky's unique needs offer a rewarding opportunity to create a special connection and see the world through his eyes. Open your heart and home to Slinky, and you’ll gain a devoted companion whose love is as vast as his spirit.
Medical notes
Slinky is blind and deaf.
