Alex

Alex is a gentle 2-year-old boy who was born in a colony and grew up surrounded by his siblings. Naturally cautious, Alex came into SAFE’s care 6 months ago and needed plenty of time to settle and feel secure. New places and unfamiliar people can be overwhelming for him at first, so he prefers to take things slowly and build trust at his own pace.

Once Alex feels safe, his lovely personality begins to shine. He becomes playful, curious, and quietly affectionate, enjoying companionship in his own gentle way. One of the quickest ways to Alex’s heart is through food — he absolutely loves his treats and is very food motivated, making it easy to bond with him and continue building his confidence.

Alex would thrive in a calm, patient home with someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to let him settle in at his own speed. With kindness, patience, and a few tasty snacks along the way, Alex will reward his new family with loyalty, companionship, and sweet little moments that make earning his trust incredibly special.

To meet Alex, please come to meet him at our Rehoming Centre in Mona Vale any day between 10 am & 4pm
Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven, with all proceeds going into saving animals and caring for them until they find loving homes.
