🗿🐈‍⬛ MEET ONYX 🐈‍⬛🗿

Nature
Hello, I’m Onyx. I’m a shy soul who prefers to express my personality through observation and play rather than touch. You’ll often find me perched on the highest shelf or cat tree, surveying my kingdom like a little gargoyle!

I’m currently in my timid era, but I’ve already found the courage to roam around the room while people are nearby. While I’m not a fan of being handled right now, my quiet presence makes me a paw-some addition to a peaceful home. I also have the sweetest, tiniest little meows you’ve ever heard!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I absolutely love other cats. I’m happiest when I have a feline friend to play with, and having another cat around really helps me feel safe and confident.

Due to my shy nature, I might be better in a more mature home with older kids who know how to respect boundaries, or a home without children.

Likes / Dislikes
✅ Perching on high shelves and tall cat trees
✅ Mealtime, I’m not picky and will happily eat almost anything
✅ Playing chase games with other cats
✅ Calm, peaceful surroundings

🚫 Being handled or picked up, I prefer a “paws-off” kind of relationship where I can coexist with you on my own terms.
🚫 Loud noises and sudden movements
🚫 Busy or unpredictable environments

My PURR-fect home would be a patient, calm environment with someone who understands that the best things in life take time. My ideal home would preferably include another confident and friendly cat for me to play with and learn from. If you’re looking for a beautiful, independent girl to complete your feline family, and you have plenty of high-up spots for me to lounge, then I’m your girl!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
