Meet Scout 🤎
Scout is a kelpie cross with a huge personality and absolutely no idea he’s still a tiny puppy. 🐾
This confident little guy approaches life at full speed with excitement, curiosity, and a tail that never stops wagging. Scout is super social, playful, and already thinks he’s one of the big dogs. Nothing seems to faze him and he happily bounces into new adventures, new people, and new dog friends with endless enthusiasm.
Scout has been fantastic with the dogs in his foster home and would absolutely thrive with a playful resident dog who can continue helping him learn the ropes and burn off some of that classic kelpie puppy energy. He’s a clever boy who will need ongoing training, enrichment, and structure to help him grow into the best adult dog he can be.
Being a Kelpie X he may grow into an active, energetic dog so will need a family who are going to be able to keep him stimulated, and provide him with enrichment and exercise.
Scout is looking for:
* A home where he’ll live indoors as a proper family member 🏡
* A friendly, playful resident dog to match his energy 🐶
* Humans who are ready for a confident, active puppy with a BIG personality
* An active family committed to training, enrichment, and ongoing socialisation
* Enrol him in puppy school
A note on cats: Not yet tested: he’s still very young, so we’re betting he will be ok with the right introductions.
Adopting Scout means joining the Rebel Tails family. 🖤 His adoption fee covers his desexing, microchipping, vaccinations while in care, rescue expenses, and the extensive support that goes into every placement we make.

Fill out our online adoption application and tell us a bit about yourself and what you're looking for. We'll take a look and reach out, and if we think it might be a match we'll set up a meet and greet so you can test things out in person. ✨
If everyone's vibing our rebel comes to you on a trial adoption so everyone gets time to properly settle in. And we don't just ghost you after that, we're here for ongoing support every step of the way 🐾
