Hi, I’m Bagel! A super affectionate and active little man, and I’ve been an absolute joy in foster care. Honestly, it might be easier to tell you why you shouldn’t adopt me…

I may not respect your boundaries, as I’m a total smooch and love getting right up close to show my affection (personal space isn’t really my thing!).

I’ve got a wonky eye that I’m blind in, which gives me a permanent side-eye look—but it doesn’t slow me down one bit. I’m still playful, adventurous, and always ready for fun.

Oh, and I might dribble a little when I’m extra happy, it’s just part of my charm!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I haven’t met small kids, but I’m pretty sure I’d love them just as much as the big humans.

I enjoy hanging out with my kitten roomie and live with other adult cats too. I’m confident interacting with them, even if they’re not always sure about me.

I haven’t met any dogs yet, so I’d need a slow introduction to any canine friends.

Likes / Dislikes
I love cuddles and spending time with my humans. If I don’t get the attention I think I deserve, I can get a bit grumpy—and if I’m shut in a room alone, I’ll definitely let you know about it.

I also love chaos, mischief, and madness! Toys, toys, and more toys help keep my energy in check. I especially love it when humans join in with wand toys, but I’m also happy entertaining myself with balls and rattle critters.

Loud noises and strangers can be a little scary at first, but I warm up pretty quickly.

My PURR-fect home would be with humans who can give me lots of attention, a warm lap to snuggle on, and maybe some furry companions to keep me company.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Bagel had Ringworm, which is a common fungal infection. He was treated for this and given the all clear by the vet.

Bagel has strabismus of the right eye which is misdirection of the eye (cross-eyed) with unknown cause. There is no treatment to correct the condition. Due to this condition, Bagel will need to be a strictly indoor only cat.
