About Flash
Flash is a gorgeous young Cavalier with a happy nature, plenty of affection and the playful energy you’d expect from an 8 month old pup. He loves being involved in whatever is happening around him, whether that’s going for walks, following his people around the house or curling up on the couch at the end of the day. If given the chance, he’d very happily sleep in bed with his humans too.
He’s an active little dog who enjoys getting out and about, but he also has the soft, gentle temperament Cavaliers are known and loved for. Flash forms strong bonds with people and thrives in a home where he can be included as part of the family. He can currently be reactive when he sees other dogs, mainly from excitement and uncertainty, but he is still very young and this should improve with calm guidance, training and positive social experiences.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are companion dogs by nature, but they still benefit from regular exercise, enrichment and ongoing training to help them grow into confident, well-rounded adults. They’re generally affectionate, social and eager to please, responding best to gentle handling and positive reinforcement.
Flash is in good health and looking for a home that understands the breed’s loving, people-oriented nature and is ready to continue guiding him through adolescence into adulthood.

Adoption details
If you’re interested in adopting, the first step is to submit an application form so we can get a sense of your home, lifestyle and what you’re looking for in a dog. From there, we’ll be in touch with suitable applicants to chat further and, if it sounds like a good match, arrange a meet and greet.
Meet and greets give everyone the chance to get to know each other and make sure it’s the right fit. If all goes well, we’ll move ahead with finalising the adoption and arranging a time for your new dog to head home.
All of our dogs are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and brought up to date with parasite prevention prior to rehoming.
Our adoption fees help cover the cost of this veterinary care, as well as any additional treatment a dog may need while in our care. They also play an essential role in our wider non-profit rescue work as any remaining funds go directly toward feeding and caring for the many rescued and rehabilitated farmed animals at our sanctuary, allowing us to continue rescuing and supporting animals in need.
By adopting, you’re not only giving a dog a home- you’re also helping us provide ongoing care for hundreds of rescued animals who call our sanctuary home.
