Budgie’s journey to us is nothing short of a miracle. She was found on a farm at just 4 weeks old, and she was incredibly lucky that her rescuer, Rach, happened to be there that day—little Budgie had actually fallen into a barrel and had to be fished out! To make her survival story even more dramatic, Rach later captured video of a massive Tiger Snake right where the kittens had been hiding just a couple of days prior. She truly beat the odds, and she’s been making the most of her second chance ever such since.

Having been saved so young, Budgie has been raised in a bustling foster home surrounded by kids, cats, and dogs, turning her into a very affectionate, friendly, and well-socialised kitten. She is highly adaptable and ready to fit beautifully into a multi-pet household.

While this delightful girl may be a tad shy when she first meets new people, once she warms up, her spirited and easygoing personality truly shines.
