About Cedar
*In foster care in Manly, Sydney*
Cedar is a handsome big grey boy with a curious nature and a lovely balance of independence and affection. While he’s a little more laid-back than his brothers, he still absolutely loves cuddles, belly rubs and spending time with his people.
Cedar enjoys doing his own thing, exploring and watching what’s going on around him, but when he’s ready for affection he’s all in. He loves playing with his brothers, investigating everything around him and then settling down for cuddles afterwards. He also has a soft spot for fluffy blankets and happily makes biscuits once he’s relaxed and comfortable.
He has a calm, sweet nature and would suit someone looking for a kitten who is playful and curious while still being very loving. Cedar could also be adopted with one of his brothers, Oak and Birch, if you’re looking for a pair.

Like all Maggie’s pets, Cedar is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

🏡 **MY IDEAL HOME:**
Birch would thrive in a home where he gets plenty of love, playtime, and companionship. We think he would love having a feline friend to play with.
⚡ **MY ENERGY LEVEL:**
Medium to high — playful and energetic with bursts of zoomies, balanced with lots of cuddle time and lounging near his humans.
👧 **MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN:**
Birch would suit a home with respectful children who enjoy playing with cats and understand gentle handling.
🐱🐶 MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS:
Birch may do well with another playful, friendly cat after slow introductions. He hasn’t been tested with dogs but may adapt to a calm, cat-savvy dog over time. I love my brothers if you're looking for a pair!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
