Meet Allie, a two year old staffy with the most irresistible puppy dog eyes you will ever see. This gorgeous girl arrived at the shelter as a stray with no owner in sight, and she is now completely ready to find her true forever family.

Allie is an incredibly sweet, affectionate pup who absolutely thrives on cuddles and loves nothing more than earning a tasty treat.

While she has a vibrant, playful side, Allie is actually still figuring out the ropes when it comes to playing. Because she is a strong and powerful girl, she will need a home with teenagers of high school age or older who can match her size and energy. Her new family will also need to understand that transition takes time; Allie will definitely require plenty of patience and her own quiet space to breathe and decompress while she settles into her new environment.

On her daily walks, Allie is still getting used to her harness and can be very strong on the lead, so she will need a handler who can confidently guide her through her ongoing training. She is also looking for a home where she can practice her independence training to help her feel secure when left alone.

Allie cannot live with cats, but she may be suitable to share her home with a calm, well matched dog. Having a balanced canine companion could be wonderful for her, giving her a friend to learn from while still allowing her the space to maintain her own independence.
