About Mickey
***** Please note that The Lost Dogs Home operates on a walk-in basis. Because of this, we are strictly unable to take appointments to meet dogs, and we cannot place any animals on hold under any circumstances. Anyone interested in adopting Mickey simply needs to make their way down to our shelter as soon as possible. *****
Meet Mickey, the definition of a pocket-sized sweetheart! At just one year old, this adorable Maltese is a bundle of pure joy, overflowing with sweetness and charm. Mickey has a wonderfully affectionate nature and thrives on human companionship. He is always ready to brighten your day with a wagging tail and a happy cuddle, making him the absolute perfect addition to a loving family looking for a loyal companion.
Don't let his small size fool you, though-Mickey has a fun, energetic side too! One of his absolute favorite things in the world is to run. Whether he is zooming around the backyard or enjoying a brisk daily walk, he loves to stretch his little legs and feel the wind in his fur. Happily, Mickey has been given a clean bill of health by our veterinary team and has no health concerns whatsoever, meaning he is completely ready to hit the ground running into his next chapter.
Mickey is a social butterfly who is bound to fit beautifully into a variety of households. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would love a furry sibling to play with, or some regular doggy playdates. He is also fantastic with primary school-aged children, making him an ideal choice for families looking for a gentle, fun-loving companion who can grow alongside the kids.
Mickey found himself in our care after being surrendered by his previous owners, and he is now eagerly looking for a fresh start. Because tiny, beautiful dogs like Mickey are highly desirable, they tend to find their forever homes incredibly fast. If you think your home is the perfect match for this sweet boy, you will want to act quickly to ensure you don't miss out on making him a part of your life.
