Meet Meeko

Meeko is a gentle little soul who came into the shelter as a stray, and while the big shelter world has been a little overwhelming for her, she's slowly starting to show us the sweet cat hiding underneath her shy exterior.

This beautiful girl can be timid when meeting new people and will need a calm, patient home that will let her settle in at her own pace. Once she feels safe, Meeko enjoys quiet company and soft affection, and we think she's going to blossom beautifully in the right environment.

One thing that really helps Meeko feel more confident is the company of other cats. She seems to take comfort in having feline friends around and may do well in a home with a calm, friendly cat to show her the ropes.
