SNUGGLE BUG!
- Hi, I’m Mickey and I’m a super cuddly playful purr machine looking for my new home.
- I love to be the centre of attention whether that is playing, snuggling or purring watching everything my foster family is doing! I firmly believe that all human activities require my assistance.
- I love to play with my kitty friend at my foster home and would love to have a new play-friend in my forever home to spend the days with especially if the humans aren’t always home as I hate to be by myself!
- I’m very inquisitive and playful and often entertain myself by playing with my toys and climbing my cat tower. When I can’t find my foster humans or foster sister I run around the house squeaking until I find them. Once the humans are located I’m ready for a snuggle and I’m super content to be held by my humans - with a few pats I will promptly fall asleep in your arms.
- I haven’t been tested with children or dogs but my foster family think I would do well with either with a gentle introduction with my affectionate and playful temperament.

PLEASE NOTE: Mickey has had 2 vaccinations. Conditions of his adoption are that he is sterilised and microchipped at the age of 6 months in mid-June 2026. These procedures are covered in his adoption fee and must be done at a SAFE approved vet clinic in Busselton, Vasse or Bunbury (other locations in WA are also available).

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.

The adoption fee of $330 includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.

SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
