Dani is a beautiful young girl whose journey is a true rescue success story. Found alone on a demolition site as a frightened young mum whose kittens were heartbreakingly never found, Dani arrived in care completely shut down and unsure if humans could be trusted.
Since moving into her loving foster home, Dani has made incredible progress. She has blossomed into a gentle, calm, and quietly affectionate girl who now enjoys the company of her humans and her feline friends. Every milestone—from accepting pats, to sleeping beside her carers, to curling up with the other cats—has been a reminder of just how resilient and special she is. 💚
Dani may be a little shy when she first arrives in a new home, but with love, patience, and a calm environment, she quickly begins to blossom. She has the sweetest little chirps when dinner is being prepared and is very food motivated, especially if creamy treats are involved. She loves relaxing by the window, soaking up the sunshine, and quietly watching the world go by. She's even starting to discover the joy of playing with toys, making up for the carefree kittenhood she never had.
While she can still be startled by loud noises due to her difficult past, Dani has a heart full of love and continues to grow in confidence every single day. She would thrive in a calm, patient home where she can continue to flourish, ideally with another friendly cat to help build her confidence.

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
