If youâre looking for a puppy with personality, cuddles and a loyal little shadow to follow you everywhere, Jed could be your perfect match.
This adorable Staffy mix boy is playful, affectionate and very people-oriented. He loves following his foster mum around the yard and wants to be involved in absolutely everything. Like so many Staffy mixes, Jed already shows the loving, loyal nature the breed is so well known for.
Jed is also a clever little fellow. He is highly food-motivated, eager to engage with people and should be a dream to train for someone willing to continue his education as he grows.
Although still very young, Jed has plenty of confidence. He currently lives with two slightly older puppies and happily stands up for himself when needed â thereâs definitely a touch of sass in this little man.
He has also formed a particularly lovely bond with one of the resident puppies in his foster home, with the two often found cuddled up together after playtime. Jed genuinely enjoys the company of other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with a friendly canine companion.
One of Jedâs loveliest qualities is how gentle and accepting he is with the 10-week-old kittens in his foster home. If you are searching for a cat-friendly puppy, Jed may be just the boy youâve been hoping for.
Jed weighed 3.2 kg on 5 May and is not expected to grow into a particularly large dog, although no guarantees can ever be made with mixed breeds.
Most of all, Jed is shaping up to be the sort of puppy who forms a close bond with his people and wants to be part of everyday life â whether thatâs helping in the garden, supervising household chores or curling up beside you at the end of the day.
Jed is looking for a loving home where he will be included as part of the family and given the guidance, socialisation and companionship every young puppy needs to thrive.
His adoption fee covers the cost of desexing when age appropriate, subject to terms and conditions.

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the âmeet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
