About Daisy
Daisy is a reserved and sensitive dog who needs time, space, and patience to build trust. She is not a dog that will come in seeking attention straight away, but her progress so far shows she is capable of settling and growing in the right environment.
She initially preferred being outside but is gradually becoming more comfortable spending time indoors and around the family. Her curiosity is starting to come through, and she is beginning to engage more with her surroundings.
Once she feels safe, Daisy does enjoy gentle interaction, particularly a calm scratch behind the ears. The key with Daisy is letting her come to you rather than pushing interaction.
She is not yet house trained and will need structure, consistency, and a low-pressure approach as she continues to adjust.
Best suited to:
• A calm, quiet home
• Owners with patience and realistic expectations
• A low-stimulation environment where she can settle at her own pace
What to expect:
Daisy is a slow burn. Early days will be about giving her space, but with time, her confidence will build and engagement will follow.
Medical notes
Daisy has a Stage 1 heart murmur - detected during an Echocardiography performed in June 2026. No treatment is necessary at this stage, but Daisy will require regular monitoring and should have veterinary heart checks every 6-12 months and an Echocardiography should be repeated every 12-18 months (or sooner if there is a change in clinical signs)

Due to an anticipated high volume of applications, the adoption process is outlined below:
1. You must complete our Adoption Application Form by following the link to our website: https://www.all4pawsdogrescue.com.au/forms.html NOT THE PET RESCUE ENQUIRY BUTTON;
2. Include as much information as possible and it is never a case of "first in best dressed" when we are choosing the most appropriate new home. Matching an animal with a family is based on lifestyle, family members, attitudes to pet ownership and the personality of the pet;
3. Due to the number of applications we receive, all correspondence is through email and if your application is short listed, we will either call you to discuss it further and possibly invite you to a meet and greet.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
