Meet Zara 💕🐾

Zara is a beautiful 7-month-old girl bursting with love, energy, and personality. This playful young lady absolutely adores running around with her foster sisters and following her foster parents wherever they go — she just loves being part of the action.

Zara is toy obsessed, affectionate, and always ready for fun, but she would really thrive in a home with another playful dog to keep her company when her humans are out. She is wonderfully social with other animals and is cat friendly, chicken friendly, and even duck friendly!

If you’re an active family who enjoys walks, runs, hiking adventures, or tackling Castle Hill or the Goat Track, Zara will happily be right by your side every step of the way.

She is toilet trained, sleeps through the night, and loves having a routine. Zara is incredibly friendly, though she does need slow introductions when meeting new people so she can build confidence and feel comfortable.

Zara also loves children of all ages, however due to her excitable and playful nature, introductions to younger children (8 years and under) should be managed carefully — such as on lead, being held, or through a screen door initially so she doesn’t accidentally jump up in excitement.
