My Ideal Home:  A family that will allow me inside to cuddle up on the lounge to watch tv of a night, take me for regular walks. A home without other animals is a must
• I'll need daily exercise - walks, park or beach trips, and playtime in the backyard will keep me happy and healthy.
• Ongoing training and guidance with basic manners will help me grow into a well-behaved companion.
• I want to be part of the family indoors - not left outside without interaction.
• Secure fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent) to keep me safe.
• I'd love plenty of toys and mental enrichment to keep my busy mind occupied.
• Most importantly, I'm looking for lots of love and attention from my family.
• I am a calm and well mannered girl who would be okay going to a home with children.
• Socialisation is just as important as training. Taking me to new places, introducing me to all sorts of people, dogs, and other animals will help me grow into a confident, well-adjusted dog.
• Training, training, training - it's essential that I receive consistent guidance in every aspect of my life so I can become the very best companion as I mature.
• I'm happiest as the only dog in the household. While I can pass other dogs politely on outings, I have limited tolerance for sharing my home.
• A home without cats would be best for me, as I'm likely to chase them.

• I'm a playful, happy girl with the cutest little wiggle-butt when I'm excited.
• I'm gentle and placid in nature.
• I know my basic commands like sit, and I'm always eager to learn more.
• I walk nicely on lead for a young dog, and with daily walks I'll only keep improving.
• I absolutely love attention, cuddles, hugs, kisses and head scratches, and I'm quite partial to snoozing on the couch with my humans.
• I LOVE toys

Training & Support Needs:
• I haven't had any formal training yet (I can sit), so I'll need help with all my basic manners and life skills. The good news is I am a generally well mannered and calm girl who loves food and toys, which will make positive training lots of fun and rewarding for me.
• I may react if other dogs are too full-on or reactive towards me. Controlled, positive socialisation experiences will help me.

Please Note: You'll only be able to meet Brindi if your application is approved. Successful applicants will be invited to the shelter for a meet-and-greet.
