Shelby is a glossy little torti girl with soft fur, big expressive eyes, and a purr that switches on the moment she decides you’re her person.

She’s sweet, calm, and gently affectionate - the kind of kitten who doesn’t rush into the middle of things, but instead prefers to quietly choose a spot right next to you and stay there, happily soaking up company and warmth.

Put a hand out to her and she responds instantly, melting into soft purrs like a tiny engine that’s been waiting for permission to start. There’s something almost luxurious about her gentleness - every stroke of her silky coat feels like she’s fully present in the moment with you.

Shelby enjoys her comforts. Warm laps, cosy beds, and especially nighttime snuggles where she’ll happily tuck herself in beside you as if she’s always belonged there. She’s a bit of a “bed companion” at heart and takes her role very seriously.

She’s not a bold leader among other cats, preferring to hold back a little and avoid conflict, but she’s gentle and social in her own quiet way. She also has a playful side that shows up in bursts - suddenly racing through the kitchen with kitten joy before settling right back down again like nothing happened.

Shelby has come such a long way from her early start in life, and now she’s blossoming into a soft, affectionate little companion who simply wants love, safety, and a warm place to belong.
