Obsidian is a fluffy little shadow creature powered almost entirely by fluff, zoomies, and treat tubes.

One moment he’s galloping through the house at full “demon runner” speed, the next he’s scaling the cat enclosure like a tiny black panther with absolutely no fear of heights. Rolling ball toys? Excellent. Springs? Incredible. Chaos? A lifestyle.

Despite all that energy, Obsidian is actually a very sweet-natured little guy underneath the fluff. He can be a bit cautious about being picked up and may dart away dramatically if he suspects cuddle intentions… but produce a Dine treat tube and suddenly he appears beside you like magic.

And once he’s safely in your arms? The tough little act melts away completely. Obsidian settles in for snuggles and purrs like a fluffy motorboat, secretly loving affection far more than he initially lets on.

He gets along reasonably well with other cats, though he does take his wet food very seriously and isn’t above a few grumbly little hissy protests around meal times. A growing boy has priorities, after all.

Obsidian would thrive in a calmer indoor home without small children or dogs, where he can continue building confidence, racing around like a tiny goblin, and accepting tribute in the form of treat tubes.
