Kent is an older gentleman looking for a very quiet & peaceful home to spend his retirement years. He can be anxious when meeting new people and he will often bark at them. When he moves to his new home he will need time to settle and may possibly require a few meet & greets so he knows his new family.

He is not a lap dog or a real snuggly dog but once he knows you he will jump on your lap occasionally but he is definitely happy to hang out with you.

He loves his morning walk, then coming home to have breakfast and then settle down and have a nap on the lounge. He can also bark at people/other dogs & sometimes nothing on his walk.

Kent also loves to sit out in the back yard in the sun and would love to have a backyard to continue to do this. He does get cold and loves to burrow under his blankets when he is inside.

He is currently living with 3 other small dogs & is fine with them but he would prefer to be the only dog in the household. He is toilet trained, sleeps inside and is fine to be left by himself.

Kent can occasionally be a bit nippy so is definitely not suitable to be rehomed with children.
