About Star
Meet Star! A sweet and gentle girl who shines brightest when she’s close to her humans.
Star was bottle raised, making her very affectionate and people-oriented. She loves kisses, cuddles, and curling up on your lap for long, cozy naps. Her soft purring and loving nature make her a truly comforting companion. She enjoys playing with toys and her foster siblings and gets along very well with the other cats and the friendly dog in her foster home. Star would suit a loving home where she can be spoiled with attention and enjoy plenty of snuggle time. Star will need to remain indoors to keep her safe from outdoor dangers! Star has recovered well from the cat flu virus however will remain a carrier for this and can relapse again. If you would like to meet her, speak to the friendly team at PETstock Tuggerah.

Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
