About Horton
Horton is a young Kelpie x Border Collie cross who proudly carries the title of King of the Puppies. This handsome boy has the cutest face and a natural charm that helps him make friends wherever he goes.
Full of confidence, personality and fun, Horton loves being right in the centre of whatever is happening. Whether it’s playtime, adventures, cuddles or simply following his humans around, he thrives on attention, companionship and being included in family life.
Horton absolutely adores people and doggie friends alike and is always ready to join in on the action. His friendly nature and social personality make him an instant favourite with everyone he meets.
Horton is very food motivated and is responding well to training with patience and guidance while continuing to build trust and confidence.
This clever boy already has fantastic recall and learns incredibly quickly with one-on-one time and positive reinforcement. He is more than ready for obedience training and would thrive in a home willing to continue helping him grow into an amazing companion.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
