Hi! I’m Phoenix, I didn’t quite rise from the ashes, but I am ginger, and I’ve been caught casually walking along the curtain rail… so clearly, I have no problem with heights (graceful acrobat energy). I’ve been given a second chance after the lovely people at Perth Rescue Angels found my brother AJ and me trying to survive in a park.

I’m a little timid, but I will let my foster mum pat me and even pick me up for short periods. With treats and encouragement, I’ll continue learning to trust and enjoy more direct interaction.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
My foster mum isn’t sure if I’ve met children, but I may be suited to older, respectful kids who can give me space.

I spend most of my time with my brother and have interacted with the adult foster/resident cat.

I’ve heard dogs, but I’m not sure if I’ve met any in person yet. Calm cat-savvy dog or no dogs may be better.

Likes / Dislikes
✅Food!!!! I’ll start eating before you’ve even finished serving me (enthusiasm level: unmatched). Cooked chicken is a top-tier treat.
✅Toys – Balls and anything with feathers.
✅I also really enjoy the company of other cats.
✅I’ve been caught looking longingly out the windows, so I would love somewhere with garden access.

❌ Loud noises and sudden movements (I prefer a calm, predictable world).

My PURR-fect home would be a home with another cat, or my brother AJ would be a great choice (built-in best friend). I need someone patient who can help me continue my journey of learning to trust people. I could possibly live with older children who understand I need my space while I build confidence.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
