Newt is a sweet, shy girl who likes to take her time getting to know the world around her. She can be quite skittish and is still easily startled by loud noises and sudden movements, so she’ll need a patient home where she can settle in at her own pace.

Once she’s feeling comfortable, Newt’s playful side begins to shine. She enjoys playing with her favourite toys and seems to take confidence from having other cats around, happily enjoying their company. She’s also a big fan of creamy treats, which is helpful for building her trust with you.

Newt may not be the cat who runs up to greet you straight away, but underneath her shyness is a lovely little personality waiting to emerge. She may never be a super cuddly lap cat but she will certainly melt your heart with her charm. With patience and consistency, we’re sure she’ll continue to grow in confidence and discover just how wonderful life can be.
