About Bella
Meet Bella — a sweet 5-year-old Maltese x King Charles Spaniel with a big personality and an even bigger love for tummy rubs.
Bella is happiest when she’s close to her people. She loves relaxing on the couch, playing with balls and toys, and keeping her mind busy with enrichment activities and little games. She also enjoys trips to the park where she can stretch her legs and have a run around.
She would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time, as companionship is very important to her. Bella forms strong bonds with her humans and loves being part of the daily routine.
Like many little dogs, Bella takes her role as household supervisor seriously and will let you know if she hears noises outside. Once reassured, she settles down well again.
Bella can be a little cautious around strangers and unfamiliar dogs when outside of her safe environment, so she’ll need a patient and understanding owner who can continue building her confidence at her pace. In return, she will reward you with loyalty, affection, and plenty of affection.
Bella cute ears are susceptible to ear infections, so she will need an owner who is committed to keeping her ears clean and well maintained as part of her ongoing care routine. Regular ear cleaning and monitoring are important to help keep her comfortable and healthy.
If you’re looking for a loving companion who enjoys both playtime and cosy couch naps, Bella could be the perfect addition.

Thank you for your interest in adopting through our rescue.
If you are shortlisted, a member of our team will be in touch within 7–10 working days. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to enter into correspondence with unsuccessful applicants.
Shortlisted applicants will participate in a phone interview to help us assess the suitability of the home for the individual dog. The needs of each dog are our priority, and we will only proceed where we feel there is a strong match.
Successful applicants will have a meet and greet at a mutually convenient time with the foster carer. This will include introductions to all household members and any existing pets, as well as a property/fence check.
If all goes well, the dog may begin a 14-day trial period in the home to ensure the match is the right fit for both the dog and adopter. An adoption form will be completed and the adoption fee paid at this stage (fully refundable within the trial period if the placement is not suitable).
All relevant veterinary and adoption documentation will be provided upon successful completion of the trial period.
