About Harley
Harley is a gentle, sensitive dog who is still finding his confidence in new environments. He can be timid at first and appreciates a calm, patient approach, but once he begins to feel safe, he shows a sweet and affectionate nature. Harley has some basic training and responds well when given time to build trust, often seeking connection in his own quiet way. He may startle at sudden noises or unfamiliar situations, though he is able to recover with support and reassurance.
May be ok living with a suitably matched female dog.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
