About Snoopy
Meet Snoopy, a sweet and quirky Greyhound with excellent ears and absolutely no inside voice.
Snoopy is friendly, outgoing, confident, and deeply committed to being wherever his people are at all times. He loves human company and has perfected the classic Greyhound lean, meaning he will casually place the full emotional and physical weight of his affection directly onto you whenever possible. Personal space is not really part of Snoopy's brand.
This handsome boy is a little boisterous, a little excitable, and just quirky enough to keep life interesting. One minute he's calmly trotting along beside you, the next he's spotted something mildly exciting and suddenly remembers he has springs installed in his legs. He can start off strong on lead but settles nicely once he gets moving and his brain reconnects to the rest of him.
Snoopy is also wonderfully expressive. His cute ears appear to operate independently depending on the situation, often giving the impression he's receiving secret transmissions from another planet. In the yard, he can get vocal when other dogs walk past because apparently it is extremely important they know he exists.
When meeting other dogs, Snoopy generally makes good choices. He can come in a little keen and occasionally forget his manners in his enthusiasm, but he settles well, disengages appropriately, and shows polite social behaviour once his initial excitement passes. He would suit living as the only dog or potentially with a medium to large dog who appreciates a goofy, social companion. Small dogs are not his thing.
Snoopy is looking for a home with kids aged 10+ and a secure backyard where he can relax in the sun. Apartment life is not really compatible with his "neighbourhood watch coordinator" tendencies.
If you are searching for a lovable weirdo with long legs, big feelings, dramatic ears, and the ability to accidentally make you laugh every single day, Snoopy is ready to report for duty.
