Hello, I’m Rinny!

I’m a beautiful 3-year-old black girl, and I’ve been told I’m very easy to love. I’m sweet, gentle, and affectionate, but I’ve also got a fun, playful side that keeps life interesting.

One of the cutest things about me is how much joy I find in the world. When I played in a sandpit for the very first time, it was one of the most adorable things the volunteers had ever seen. I was so excited - like a kid in a candy store - and I threw myself into the experience with total delight. Honestly, I do think life is meant to be enjoyed properly, and I’m very good at that. I also love a good zoomie, just in case you were wondering.

I can take a little while to warm up to new environments, but people? I love people. Always. I’ve got such a lovely, loving nature, and once I feel settled I’m a wonderful mix of gentle companion and playful girl.

I’m also good with other dogs, both big and small. I do have a playful side, though, so while I can get along well with little dogs, some of them may not quite appreciate my enthusiasm. It really just depends on the dog. I’d also be just fine in a home with children over 5.

I’m looking for a home that will love both sides of me: the sweet, gentle girl and the playful one who finds pure magic in something as simple as a sandpit. A family who will give me a little time to settle in, then enjoy all the fun, affection, and zoomies I have to offer.

To make sure everyone is happy, we match each hound with the right family, and we provide lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm (including heartworm) treated. The adoption fee includes our Adopter Kit containing a martingale collar, leash, muzzle and useful information to help you get your new hound settled in.
