This young Cattle Dog chap likes the simple things in life. He is looking for a home where he can be by his humans side for most of the day, helping with chores, jumping into the ute and being a good old fashioned farm boy.
Waltz was a shy pup to begin with but his confidence has expanded every day while growing up in foster care. He loves playing with his brothers and sisters and being with the resident adult Kelpies in his foster care home but, as many cattle dogs do, he would probably choose humans over a doggie pal.
He loves a solo explore and is quite happy wandering off and entertaining himself away from his siblings. He can often be found having a little sit and think in the sun, contemplating life.
Waltz has a good amount of cattle dog natural 'drive' and needs a home who understands the needs of his breed and where he can be busy each day. He is not suited to city or apartment style living. He needs space to run and explore and enough mental and physical stimulation to fulfill his working dog breed needs.

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
