Meet Naluš¾
Nalu is a sweet and affectionate Border Collie girl searching for her human soul mate, someone who will include her in everyday life and love having a loyal shadow by their side.
She absolutely adores being close to her people and will happily follow you around just to keep you company. While she loves cuddles and companionship, Nalu also has an active side and truly comes alive during playtime. Her favourite thing? Chasing around with a doggy friend while playing fetch!
Nalu is house trained and already has a great foundation of manners. She knows sit, lay down, and shake hands, and is eager to keep learning with someone willing to continue her training. She can pull a little on the leash when excited, but with consistency and practice she will continue to improve beautifully.
Nalu would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time or where she has the companionship of another active dog to play with. She would be best suited to a small acreage or a large house block where she has room to stretch her legs, burn off energy, and enjoy regular play sessions.
Her perfect family will understand the needs of an intelligent working breed and be committed to providing her with daily exercise, enrichment, and lots of love. In return, Nalu will reward you with endless loyalty, companionship, and plenty of happy moments.

~If youāre approved for adoption are you able to take your new dog within 2 weeks?

~What is the size of your yard/property? Do you have secure fencing?
~Work commitments/how long would I be left alone?
~Why do you think I would suit your family?
~As a working breed I will need lots of training, exercise & mental stimulation. How to do plan to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
