About Freya
Hi, my name is Freya and I’m a 2-year-old Labrador X.
I’m a happy, energetic girl looking for an active home that can give me plenty of adventure, stimulation, and love. I spend most of my days following my foster mum around, waiting to see what we’re doing next. I really love company, so when she’s not around I can do a little whining because I miss my people.
I also love heading out to Nathalia Boarding Kennels, where I get to run around and socialise for the day. I’m a very friendly girl who loves other dogs, cats, and kids too.
I’m great in the car, have decent recall, and know some basic commands like sit and wait. I recently went on my first camping trip and everyone was so impressed with how well I behaved off lead, happily staying close to my group.
Like a typical Labrador, I’m a massive guts and absolutely love a good feed. I’m happy as an indoor/outdoor dog, but honestly, my favourite place would be inside, rugged up on the couch with my forever humans.
My ideal home would be with an interactive, social family who can keep up with my energy, include me in their adventures, and give me all the attention I deserve.

Adoption details
All animals adopted from Goulburn Valley Pet Adoption & Rehoming come with a 1 month trial period. This trial period is to ensure your new family member has enough time to settle into their new environment, and you can both be sure it's the right fit. During this time, do not hesitate to get in contact with us if there are any issues, concerns or questions. If for whatever reason, you decide during the trial period that it's not the right fit, get in contact with us and we will take the animal back into our care, and your adoption fee will be refunded to you. Also, if at anytime during the course of your pets life, you are unable to care for them anymore, we will happily welcome them back.
