Meet Rusty!

A handsome Mastiff with a face full of expressions and an even bigger heart!

This lovable big boy is a very friendly and affectionate companion who enjoys spending time with his favorite people and being involved in the action. Rusty is happiest when he's by your side, whether that's relaxing around the house or heading out for an adventure together.

Rusty has shown he can greet other dogs, though he much prefers focusing on his handler - especially when food is involved! This boy absolutely loves all things food, which makes him highly motivated and a great candidate for ongoing positive reinforcement training.

Rusty would love a home where he can enjoy plenty of lounge time with his people, balanced with regular walks and gentle exercise to help him continue working towards a healthier weight. A consistent routine, enrichment, and daily movement will help keep both his body and mind happy.

As with any new dog, Rusty will need time to settle into his new environment. His new family should allow him the opportunity to decompress, learn the household routine, and build confidence at his own pace. Continued training, socialisation, and positive experiences out in the world will help him develop into a well-rounded companion. With patience, guidance, and lots of snacks along the way, Rusty is sure to become a loyal and loving best friend.
