About Mango
Mango is curious, and bold, and an absolute joy of a kitten. He loves exploring and checking out new places, and he's always the first into a new space, or to find a new adventure. If a space is off limits, that means he absolutely must explore it. Bookshelves, cupboards - nothing can be left uninspected!
Mango will miaow at you loudly if he feels like he's not getting enough attention. He's not shy about reminding you he needs pats. He is an absolute lovebug. He will crawl into your lap, walk across your back, and generally demand to be the centre of everything.
He loves playing with the other cats in the household, especially his sister Marble. They love thundering up and down the hall together and then curling up together in their cat cave.
He's such a confident little guy that he would be absolutely fine with kids and dogs, and pretty much anything life throws his way. He'd love another furry friend to hang out with.
He'd be great in any home where he can get plenty of love.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
