Meet Sylvia!
Sylvia is an adorable young girl with a cheeky sense of humour and a personality that's impossible not to love. Full of life and enthusiasm, she plays like a big dog and is embracing every new adventure that comes her way.
Now that she's discovering the world around her, Sylvia takes everything in her stride. Whether it's a trip to the beach, a walk around the lake, or exploring bush trails, she's always eager to join in and see what's around the next corner.
Sylvia is a friendly, social pup who gets along wonderfully with people, other dogs, small children, and even cats. She loves meeting new friends and greets everyone with an incredibly fast-wagging tail, bright eyes, and the sweetest puppy-dog expression.She is best suited to kids 8+ as she is an energetic pup.
Smart, loyal, and eager to learn, Sylvia has all the makings of an amazing companion. She would benefit from continued training and guidance to help her grow into the very best version of herself, and she's sure to reward her family with endless love, laughter, and loyalty.

Sylvia’s adoption fee is $800 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Sylvia is in foster care in Lake Macquarie, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She’ll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
