Echo

Echo is equal parts fun, sass and personality. She’s the kind of dog who keeps life entertaining, makes you laugh daily and throws herself into everything she does with her whole heart.

She lives life in two speeds — fully chilled out or absolutely flat out. One minute she’s curled up recharging, the next she’s zooming around ready for adventure, playtime, snacks or attention.

Echo absolutely loves her people and wants to be involved in whatever you’re doing. She’ll happily follow you around and make sure you never feel alone. And when she wants your attention expect the cutest little “woo woo woooo ooooh” chats imaginable. Honestly, she often sounds like she’s auditioning for the role of Chewbacca in the next Star Wars movie and it’s impossible not to laugh when she gets talking.

She’s also a very clever girl who genuinely loves to learn. Echo already knows a bunch of commands including sit, wait, spin, place and touch, and she absolutely thrives when given training, games and things to keep her busy. She’s the kind of dog who enjoys using her brain just as much as her legs.

Food is very high on her list of priorities, so she’ll need a family committed to keeping her nice and lean to protect her joints long term. She’s also a big fan of toys and enjoys playing with other dogs, although she does appreciate having her own space respected — especially around food, special toys or inside her crate.

She has been exposed to cats and is generally ok with them, though she can be a little pushy and overenthusiastic in her attempts to make friends. 😅

Echo enjoys getting out and about and is good in the car.
She's been living the farm life and is happy to be around horses and livestock.
She can be a tad shy with strangers but is becoming braver with new people every day. While she can initially be a little reserved, once she feels comfortable her goofy, energetic personality really shines through.

And although she loves attention and being near her humans, she’s not overly clingy or demanding of cuddles. She’s more of an independent sidekick than a lap dog — happy to hang out beside you while still doing her own thing.

Echos ideal life would be country living with space to run and explore where the world isn't too busy and chaotic around her. She'd love her people to be around a lot and she must have another dog companion.
