About Jupiter
Meet Jupiter Our Smoochy Ginger Sailor Guardian! ⚡🍊
In the name of the Moon, we present to you Jupiter (aka Juni), a joyful 2-year-old ginger goddess ready to bring thunder, love, zoomies, and endless giggles into your home!
Just like Sailor Jupiter (Makoto Kino), this girl is strong, confident, and full of heart. She’s got that perfect Sailor Scout energy, bold and playful on the outside, but an incredibly loving and affectionate softie who wants nothing more than to protect and adore her people.
Jupiter is a bright, playful little soul with a big personality and an even bigger love for her humans. She thrives on connection and will happily follow you from room to room like your loyal little shadow, always curious about what you’re doing and determined to be part of your everyday adventures. Whether you’re doing chores, working, or relaxing on the couch, Juni is right there bringing fun, companionship, and cheeky ginger antics to your day.
Her playful side is legendary, she absolutely loves interactive play and can often be found darting through her cat tunnel or launching surprise sneak attacks from hidden corners with maximum enthusiasm. This girl has serious zoomies and a wonderfully cheeky personality, but it’s perfectly balanced with a super affectionate nature. She’ll happily soak up all the pats and cuddles you can give, especially those chin scratches she loves so much.
Jupiter is social, friendly, confident, and gets along beautifully with other cats. She came into our care with her foster sister Luna, who preferred elegant, peaceful napping… while Jupiter was busy being the energetic guardian of chaos. Luna was not amused, but we know Jupiter would be thrilled to have a playful cat friend around her age to wrestle and chase!
This Sailor Scout needs:
Plenty of love, attention, and chin scratches
Lots of stimulation (toys, tunnels, cat trees, daily play sessions)
Ideally a fellow cat companion who loves to play
A forever home that will keep her busy, loved, and part of the family
Jupiter was well loved by her previous family, who sadly could no longer care for her. She’s spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready for the next exciting chapter of her story.
In the name of the Moon, will you be Jupiter’s new guardian? 🌕💖
She’s waiting to unleash her love, laughter, and playful energy on you!
Jupiter is approximately 2 years old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.
If you think you have the room in your heart and your home to provide this gorgeous little soul with a great life please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a time for you to meet and fall in love with her. Message us today to meet this affectionate, cheeky ginger Sailor Scout! ⚡🐾
Located in Eltham with her amazing foster carer.
To express your interest please send us a message with your details and we will give you a call as soon as we can to discuss.
About Us
Urban Feline Australia is a small, independent cat rescue dedicated to saving surrendered cats from kill shelters and finding them loving, permanent homes.
Founded and run by a passionate animal lover with the support of dedicated friends and volunteers, we specialise in caring for cats that have previously lived in family homes but, for various reasons, can no longer stay with their owners.
Since our inception, we have been fortunate to build a small but dedicated network of volunteer foster carers. These compassionate individuals welcome the surrendered cats into their homes, providing them with love, care, and a safe environment while we search for their perfect forever families.
As a tiny, grassroots rescue with no government funding or large facilities, every rescue is powered by compassion, community support, and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.
All adoption fees and donations go directly toward the essential needs of the cats in our care — including premium food, veterinary treatment, litter, equipment, and ongoing medical support. We rely heavily on the generosity of our foster carers, volunteers, and supporters to continue our work.
Our long-term vision is to expand so we can help even more cats in need. This includes securing a larger dedicated property and, one day, possibly opening a cat café to raise awareness and funds while creating a welcoming space for cat lovers.
How You Can Help
As a small, independent rescue, we depend entirely on the kindness and generosity of our supporters and animal lovers like you. If you would like to support our mission and help us save more lives, please visit the donations page on our website. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference.
We’d also love to connect with you on social media:
@urbanfelineaustralia
Following and sharing our pages helps us reach more potential adopters and supporters. If we can grow our audience, we’ll be able to generate a small ongoing income to sustain and expand the rescue.
We are always in need of foster carers. If you have a safe, loving temporary home and would like to help us care for a cat on their journey to their forever family, please get in touch. The more foster homes we have, the more cats we can save.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about Urban Feline Australia.
Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of many beautiful cats. 💙
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
When she was a kitten, Juni apparently occasionally developed an itchy rash, but this has not happened for a long time and would go away quickly with an injection from the vet.
Adoption details
We try to make things very easy and straight forward while at the same time making sure we are matching the right cat to the right home.
The first step in the adoption process is a quick chat over the phone to make you are able meet the cats needs and your home is a good fit for the cats personality.
From there we will organize a meet and greet the cats foster home where you will be able to see the cat in action and get a gauge of their personality.
Once you have adopted you new furry feline friend we offer ongoing support and you are welcome to contact us anytime if you have questions, concerns or need advice.
We work hard to make sure that each cat is a good fit for their new home but in the unlikely even that things do not work out we have a 21 day cooling off period and you are more than welcome to return the cat to us during that time.
We will happily refund 50% of the adoption fee or you are welcome to donate this refund to assist with the ongoing cost of the animals care.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
