About Douglas
Hello, I’m Douglas.
Apparently, I am what humans call a “stunning floof ball.” I do not fully understand what that means, but people say it while looking at me, so I assume it is important.
I love my siblings very much and spend most of my time with them. Especially Quinnie. Sometimes I like to pretend she is my mum and try to get milk from her, which everyone here says is weird because she is definitely not my mum. Personally, I think people are overreacting.
I love to play fight and zoom around the house causing tiny amounts of chaos with my siblings. The adult cats are interesting too. I am very keen to make friends with everyone.
Dogs do not bother me much. I will take a careful look first, but overall, I am relaxed about them.
I am very good with children and very happy to be cuddled. I probably will not climb into your lap asking for affection, but if you pick me up and hold me close, I am more than happy to stay there, soaking it all in.
I can be a little cautious with new people at first, but I warm up quickly once I realise you are nice.
As for toys, I love all of them. Balls are excellent. Big ones, little ones, all good. Socks are also very important and should be carried proudly through the house whenever possible. Large beads are fun. Scratching posts are fun. Apparently the flyscreen is not supposed to be fun, but I have my own opinions on that.
I am still learning my litter habits. I mostly use the tray, but sometimes I have accidents on the floor instead. I am getting better though.
Mostly, I am just a fluffy, affectionate little weirdo who loves company, playtime, and being held close once I trust you. Life is very exciting, and I would really like someone to share it with.
