About Haloumi
*In foster care in Rozelle, Sydney*
Haloumi is a curious vocal cat bursting with energy and personality. She has a playful spirit and absolutely adores romping around with her foster siblings — whether that’s batting toy mice, chasing a feather wand, or tearing through the house in full zoomie mode (and full volume!!!). She’s also an enthusiastic explorer who can’t resist investigating every nook and cranny she can find. Once she’s finally tired out, she’s more than happy to wind down with a cozy couch nap often curled up just behind your knees.
Like all Maggie’s pets, Haloumi is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I would thrive in a home with a bit of space to explore and zoom around. Still young and full of energy, I love tearing through the house and playfully leaping out at an unsuspecting cat friend. I truly adore other cats and would be happiest with a companion in my new home.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I only have two speeds—full throttle and fully asleep! I love to play hard, zoom around, and burn off energy, and once I'm all tuckered out, I will curl up and snooze like a pro.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven’t met any children yet, but would be best suited to school-aged kids who are patient and can understand my playful kitten style and boundaries.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I have loved sharing a home with two foster siblings and have gotten along fantastically with them. I haVEn’t met any dogs yet, so would need a slow, gentle introduction to help me feel comfortable.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
