About Krumpett
Krumpet: A Gentle, Fluffy Soul Ready for Quiet Companionship
Meet Krumpet, a sweet and gentle 14-month-old fluffy tabby boy with the heart of a wise old soul. With his soft, plush coat and calm demeanor, Krumpet brings a peaceful, comforting presence to any home. While he may be a little shy when first meeting new people, he warms up beautifully and shows a loving, affectionate side once he feels safe and settled.
His Story
Krumpet was well loved by his previous family, who sadly found themselves no longer able to care for him. They reached out for help to ensure he found the right forever home where his gentle spirit could continue to be cherished.
Krumpet is wonderfully calm, quiet, and low-energy. He is independent and content spending time on his own — happily observing his surroundings or resting comfortably before seeking out gentle attention on his own terms. He is not demanding or overly vocal, and he doesn’t need constant interaction or active play. Instead, he enjoys a relaxed rhythm where he can come to you for cuddles and pets when he’s in the mood. This makes him an ideal companion for someone who wants a low-maintenance, easy-going cat who offers quiet love and companionship.
A Tolerant and Peaceful Companion
His gentle nature makes him a great fit for a family looking for a tolerant and relaxed cat. He would do well in a quiet, stable home where he can feel secure and loved at his own pace. While he is gentle and accepting, Krumpet would not thrive in a loud environment with noisy young babies or energetic toddlers. He has shown himself to be cautious but friendly with other cats — settling in without any aggression — so he could do nicely in a multi-pet household.
Krumpet is fully litter trained, counter trained, and generally well-mannered. He adapts best with consistency and patience, gradually gaining confidence in new environments. Once comfortable, his sweet personality truly shines through.
If you’re seeking a calm, independent, and quietly affectionate companion — a beautiful fluffy tabby who will appreciate a peaceful home and reward you with soft, loving moments on his own schedule — Krumpet may be the perfect match.
He is ready to bring his tranquil presence and gentle love into a caring, understanding forever home. A patient, loving family awaits Krumpet!
Krumpett is approximately 14 months old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.
If you think you have the room in your heart and your home to provide this gorgeous little soul with a great life please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a time for you to meet and fall in love with him.

About Us
Urban Feline Australia is a small, independent cat rescue dedicated to saving surrendered cats from kill shelters and finding them loving, permanent homes.
Founded and run by a passionate animal lover with the support of dedicated friends and volunteers, we specialise in caring for cats that have previously lived in family homes but, for various reasons, can no longer stay with their owners.
Since our inception, we have been fortunate to build a small but dedicated network of volunteer foster carers. These compassionate individuals welcome the surrendered cats into their homes, providing them with love, care, and a safe environment while we search for their perfect forever families.
As a tiny, grassroots rescue with no government funding or large facilities, every rescue is powered by compassion, community support, and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.
All adoption fees and donations go directly toward the essential needs of the cats in our care — including premium food, veterinary treatment, litter, equipment, and ongoing medical support. We rely heavily on the generosity of our foster carers, volunteers, and supporters to continue our work.
Our long-term vision is to expand so we can help even more cats in need. This includes securing a larger dedicated property and, one day, possibly opening a cat café to raise awareness and funds while creating a welcoming space for cat lovers.
How You Can Help
As a small, independent rescue, we depend entirely on the kindness and generosity of our supporters and animal lovers like you. If you would like to support our mission and help us save more lives, please visit the donations page on our website. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference.
We’d also love to connect with you on social media:

Following and sharing our pages helps us reach more potential adopters and supporters. If we can grow our audience, we’ll be able to generate a small ongoing income to sustain and expand the rescue.
We are always in need of foster carers. If you have a safe, loving temporary home and would like to help us care for a cat on their journey to their forever family, please get in touch. The more foster homes we have, the more cats we can save.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about Urban Feline Australia.

Adoption details
We try to make things very easy and straight forward while at the same time making sure we are matching the right cat to the right home.
The first step in the adoption process is a quick chat over the phone to make you are able meet the cats needs and your home is a good fit for the cats personality.
From there we will organize a meet and greet the cats foster home where you will be able to see the cat in action and get a gauge of their personality.
Once you have adopted you new furry feline friend we offer ongoing support and you are welcome to contact us anytime if you have questions, concerns or need advice.
We work hard to make sure that each cat is a good fit for their new home but in the unlikely even that things do not work out we have a 21 day cooling off period and you are more than welcome to return the cat to us during that time.
We will happily refund 50% of the adoption fee or you are welcome to donate this refund to assist with the ongoing cost of the animals care.
