At just 8 months old, Blinky Bill is a gentle little soul who has come such a long way since arriving to The Lost Dogs' Home. Initially very shy and unsure in the shelter environment, he's slowly been learning that people can be kind, patient and safe.

Blinky Bill would thrive in a calm, quiet home where life is predictable and peaceful. New people and environments can make him anxious at first, so he's looking for someone who understands that trust takes time. Once he feels comfortable, though, he melts into gentle pats and enjoys soft affection on his own terms.

This sweet boy loves playtime and has a fun, playful side that starts to shine when he feels safe and settled. Wand toys, quiet games and gentle interaction are the key to winning him over.
