Introducing Sherlock Bones, a stunning eleven month old Kelpie cross who is looking for a home that can keep up with his sharp mind and boundless energy. True to his heritage, Sherlock is a high octane puppy who lives for play and physical activity. He is the ultimate investigator of fun, finding joy in every toy he can get his paws on and requiring plenty of daily exercise and mental enrichment to keep his clever brain occupied.

Because of his exuberant nature and the fact that he is still learning how to manage his enthusiasm, Sherlock is best suited for a household with very experienced high school aged children or an adults only environment. He is currently working hard on his impulse control and would thrive with a family committed to ongoing training and confidence building. A home with a large, secure yard is essential but not mandatory for Sherlock, giving him the space he needs to run, jump, and explore to his heart's content.

Sherlock Bones has shown that he can coexist with feline friends, provided there is careful supervision and a slow introduction to ensure everyone stays comfortable. He is a work in progress with a massive heart, looking for active humans who understands the needs of a working breed.
