Lachie

Meet Lachie, an 8-month-old brown tabby boy with a gentle and sensitive nature. He's feeling a little unsure in the shelter environment and tends to keep to himself, but he absolutely loves affection and is incredibly sweet and gentle with people.

Lachie would suit a calm, quiet home with low foot traffic. Inexperienced adopters are welcome, though experience with shy cats is preferred. He'll need a launch room for at least 5 days (or until settled) and plenty of safe hiding spots like boxes, igloos, blankets, or cat towers.

Lachie is best suited to a home with older, respectful children who can take things slowly and allow him to build confidence at his own pace. He may be okay with another cat after slow introductions and could even benefit from a social feline companion.

With patience and understanding, Lachie will blossom into a loving and affectionate companion.
