When Arsen first arrived at the shelter, he was extremely scared and shut down, unsure of the world around him and keeping mostly to himself. But with patience, kindness, and time, he's made an incredible transformation.

These days, Arsen has truly come out of his shell and is growing more confident every day and he's definitely not shy about letting you know how he feels.

One of Arsen's favorite ways to communicate is through his adorable meows. Whether he's asking for attention, greeting you when you walk into the room, or simply sharing his thoughts, this chatty boy loves being part of the conversation. Beneath his vocal charm is a sweet, friendly cat who has learned that people can be trusted and loved.

Arsen is looking for a home that will continue helping him flourish and appreciate the special journey he's been on.

Watching him gain confidence has been incredibly rewarding, and his future family will get to enjoy a loving companion who's discovered his voice and loves to use it.
