Meet Shadow, a gorgeous 7-year-old Labrador with a loyal heart and a gentle soul. True to his name, Shadow loves nothing more than being close to his person and happily following you from room to room throughout the day. If you're looking for a devoted companion who simply wants to be by your side, Shadow could be your perfect match.

Shadow is a friendly, affectionate boy who gets along wonderfully with kids, other dogs, and cats. In foster care, he has shown a sweet curiosity toward the resident cats and has politely respected their boundaries when they want space.

He enjoys a gentle daily walk and walks reasonably well on lead, though he can become excited when he spots other dogs in the distance and may bark. Because of this, Shadow will do best with an owner who can be calm, confident, and consistent with his training. The good news is that Shadow is smart, eager to learn, and already doing well with clicker training.

This clever boy already knows a range of tricks and commands including sit, shake, drop, stay, and spin, and he loves showing them off for praise and treats.
