Dear Future Family,

I've been waiting a while for you, and I think I'm finally ready to tell you a little about myself.

I'm Roxy-a big, gentle girl with a very soft heart. I've had a bit of a rough time here at the shelter, so more than anything I'm hoping for a calm, loving home where I can finally relax (preferably inside, on your couch being spoiled!) and just be your loyal companion.

At home, I'm a perfect angel. I'm toilet trained, travel really well in the car, and I absolutely love my food and enrichment-Kongs and stuffed toys are some of my favourite things in the world! I also enjoy short training sessions, especially when there are treats involved.

I love quiet daily walks and then settling in close to my people for lots of cuddles (cuddles are my FAVOURITE). I do need a bit of help sometimes with my lead skills, but I'm keen to learn with someone patient and confident guiding me.

I would be happiest as your only pet, because I really just want to soak up all your love for myself. I may be able to live with children after a meet and greet, as I am a big, strong girl.

More than anything, I'm looking for kind humans who will give me a safe, peaceful life and let me finally belong.
