About Ruby
Hi there, I’m Ruby, a stunning and smiley 3 year old kelpie girl. Foster Mum says I’m a delight to have around and the perfect farm companion!
I love going for daily walks and adventures, jumping on the ute to supervise jobs, pottering about the garden and lying in the sun for a snooze after a busy morning.
I have great recall, am crate trained and sleep quietly without a peep.
I get along well with all of the other dogs and have been in foster care around teenagers and young children. I tend to be indifferent to the little kids, but adore my cuddles with the older ones.
I am looking for a quiet farm companion life for my forever home. It could be with other dogs or without, if you’re home more often than not. I’m a happy and relaxed girl who is easy to have around in my familiar environment, and have found too much change and a bustling and busy lifestyle overwhelming. Consistency, companionship and experience with working breeds is also important in my forever family.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
