About Tilly
At 3.8 years old, this sweet girl is still discovering that she is safe, loved and allowed to take her time.
She is small in size with a gentle, quiet nature. She can be shy when meeting new people and will need a patient family who understands that trust doesn’t happen overnight.
She is naturally curious, and once she feels comfortable, she will happily come closer and enjoy being patted.
She has experienced multiple foster homes, so it is understandable that she may need some extra reassurance and consistency. What she really needs now is a home where she can finally settle, feel secure and know that she isn’t going anywhere again.
Other cats: She can live with other cats. Some cats she accepts more quickly than others, so slow introductions and allowing her time to adjust will be important.
Dogs: She has been exposed to dogs. She prefers to keep her distance and observe them from afar, so a calm dog and a respectful introduction would be important.
She isn’t going to be the cat who instantly runs up demanding attention. She is the little girl who may watch you from across the room… quietly curious… waiting to see if she can trust you. And when she finally decides she can? That trust will be something incredibly special.
What she needs:
A quiet and stable home
Patience and understanding
Time to settle in
Someone who won’t rush her
Respect for her boundaries
Lots of love and reassurance
She has had enough changes in her life. Now she deserves to know what forever feels like.
