Ellie Belly is a gentle, quiet soul who has been spending time with our Behaviour Team building her confidence, and she is now ready to find a calm, understanding home of her own.

This lovely girl is looking for a peaceful household where she can settle in at her own pace and simply enjoy the little things in life. Ellie Belly is more of a quiet companion than a velcro dog - she is happiest relaxing beside you on the couch rather than in your lap, enjoying your company in her own sweet way.

She loves calm sniffy walks where she can take in the world slowly, would much prefer a quiet street or peaceful park over busy environments with lots of people and dogs. Ellie Belly can happily walk alongside a calm canine friend, though she is not overly playful with dogs or toys.

Her perfect day? A gentle stroll, a sunny spot in the yard, a pigs ear to enjoy, and then a long afternoon nap.

Ellie Belly is currently on supportive medication to help with her confidence and stress while she adjusts to new environments, and she is looking for patient adopters who can continue helping her feel safe and secure as she settles into home life.
