About Gingee and Tonka
Tonka
The tonkinese who entered the trap first and made all the ladies woooo. I have the most amazing colours all over my coat (did you see my front toes) and my sapphire eyes. I presented as the hardest to win over by my foster mum, but boy I’m a softie. I’m a young boy and I’m remembering what it’s like to play as a cat should and not worry about food. I have an incredible purr motor that starts the moment I see you, I will give leg rubs and ask for scratches (yes I like my bum scratchies). I can be picked up for a quick cuddle but I’m still adjusting to being handled. When you’re near me I want to be with you, I want to cuddle and interact a lot. I’m a sweetheart and I show it. I still get very timid but don’t hold it against me, I’m a lap cat and snooze buddy in the making. I get along well with my trio brother Gingee, we are very close and would love a home together but we are still adaptable to have separate homes, if you can do either call my foster mum in Cooranbong to come see me in person.
Gingee
The second boy to be caught in the trio. I’m the most timid but don’t let that put you off, I’ve come a long way but still need some help from you. I have a beautiful coat and patterns and eyes that beg for a chance. I cope a bit better with the louder noises like the vacuum than my siblings. I’m young and I have an adolescent brother, we play and we like the toys in our room. I adore cheek scratches and love a lower back scratch. Like my siblings from another mother I’m not aggressive. I can hiss at times if I get startled or not used to something yet. I too want to be part of your company and feel some love like my brother Tonka, we are quite bonded but have shown the ability to live with other cats if someone can only offer one of us a home. If you’d like to see my pretty eyes in person come to Cooranbong.
Medical notes

Adoption details
At Ozzi Hearts 4 Paws, we strive to ensure that every adoption is a perfect match, providing our rescued animals with loving forever homes. Our adoption process is designed to ensure the well-being and happiness of both the animals and their adoptive families. Here's how it works:
1. Application:
Prospective adopters begin by filling out an adoption application. This form helps us understand your lifestyle, preferences, and expectations, allowing us to match you with the most suitable companion.
2. Meet and Greet:
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we arrange a meet and greet with the animal(s) you're interested in. This gives you an opportunity to interact with the pet and determine if there's a connection.
3. Home Visit:
For certain animals, we may conduct a home visit to ensure that your living environment is safe and suitable for the pet you're interested in adopting. This step helps us ensure the well-being of both the animal and your family.
4. Adoption Agreement:
If the meet and greet goes well and your home is deemed suitable, we'll ask you to sign an adoption agreement. This document outlines the responsibilities of both parties and serves as a commitment to providing a loving and forever home to the adopted pet.
5. Adoption Fee:
An adoption fee is required to help cover the costs associated with the animal's rescue, medical care, and rehabilitation. The fee varies depending on the age, breed, and medical history of the animal but typically includes vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and microchipping.
6. Take Your New Family Member Home:
Congratulations! Once the adoption process is complete and the adoption fee is paid, you can take your new furry family member home. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information, including medical records, feeding guidelines, and tips for a smooth transition.
7. Follow-Up Support:
Our commitment to you and your new pet doesn't end after adoption. We offer ongoing support and guidance to help ensure a successful transition and a lifetime of happiness for both you and your furry friend. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
Thank you for considering adoption from Ozzie Hearts 4 Paws. Together, we're making a difference in the lives of animals in need.
