‘Ohhhh bother’! Cute chunky Pooh is looking for her new home!! Meet this confident little girl ready for all the games you can teach her followed by long snuggles once she is worn out.

By puppy standards Pooh is a gentle and intelligent little miss. Already crate trained, sleeping through the night with her brother and not toileting in her sleep area. Occasionally she may have a wee accident with lots of excitement going on, though this will settle with time.

Pooh is well socialised with young children and happy to play though can get too excited and jump up. We are working on these manners which are coming along. She has quickly learnt to obey the alpha dog in the house and that not all dogs want to play like her brother.

Pooh is learning her basic commands especially around food which makes her very excited! She will eat anything so far! Pooh can be nervous in new situations but a few belly rubs, some reassurance and she is easily won over. Toys are still a novelty and fetch a bizarre concept, but she does enjoy using her puppy teeth on them when her foster family is inside.

As Pooh Bear is young she will need an adopter willing to put in the work with ongoing training, socialisation and guidance and she will grow into a beautiful dog!

Pooh Bear is $400 + $100 desex bond* to adopt and comes microchipped, C5 vaccinated, and given flea/tick/worm prevention.

*Desex bond will be refunded once pup is desexed at one of our nominated vets at the appropriate age. It is a non-negotiable condition of adoption that pups are desexed prior to 8 months of age, unless otherwise approved by NQAR. The cost of desexing is included in the adoption fee, as long as it is done at one of our nominated vets.
